Answer: There is only one way this is possible, and for most Facebook Fan Pages, it’s not realistic. The only way you can show “just” fan comments on your Facebook Fan Page is by you – the admin / owner – not producing any comment.
As soon as you, the Facebook owner, or anyone you may have designated as an “admin”, writes something on the Fan Page wall or in a comment to someone else, then that comment, with the Facebook Fan Page image will show.
