This whole Renee Gork getting fired by KAKS Radio in Arkansas for wearing a Florida Gators hat to an Arkansas Razorback’s press conference has me wondering about the legality of the whole thing. I understand that emotions can fly high with this sort of thing – after all, last year the Gators beat the Razorbacks by only 3 points in a knockout battle to the finish. But emotions aside, can KAKS Radio legally sue Renee Gork for such a thing? And now that they’ve actually fired her, is there a law suit about to drop on KAKS Radio?
