I often catch your posts as you share a name with a circuit court judge I track via Google Alerts. In my own business consultation I work with clients on "Path Setting" as opposed to Goal Setting. It's certainly one thing to want for something, but knowing and committing (and sacrificing) to follow the path required to attain goals is what really separates the Elite from the rest.
