Bankers frequently move or are relocated by their organization especially in a large bank.  Community banks have historically been easier to establish a relationship with.  But, they typically have been purchased by larger banks when capital issues or loan quality issues creep in.  About 8 out of every 10 business owners I talk to have a relationship with a bank, but not a banker.   ]]></description>
