A couple of years ago, I bought some that was quite nasty. Because it was my first time trying brewer's yeast, I decided it was just not for me. But recently I bought a different kind that is labeled as "nutritional yeast." It is delicious. My kids ask for it on everything from sandwiches to eggs…but not ice cream. :-)
