I work for a WASP in South Africa – and we have picked up a trend with regards to Blackberry Users receive/send updates to 32665 for Facebook (FAN)

These updates are charged at SA local rates of R1 (ZAR) per update. The number is a local Short Code belonging to:

Is there a clear notice on this App that SA Subscribers would be charged local rates and not the “Facebook Application” rate.

Can someone point me in the right direction in order to get this WARNING to make this issue more public Especially in South Africa.
