Same here.. tracking number today shows iPad 3g 64gb shipped and will arrive before 3pm April 30th. Finally!!! excited. :)

e mail from apple….iPad 3g shipped for arrival by fed ex by 3 pm april 30. Tracking number search shows it left Rancho Cordova, CA at 11 am 4/29. I am stoked

It looked like my card was charged for my iPad 3g last week (I think it was the 23rd), but then the charge has disappeared, and no new charge has appeared. My shipping status still says "late April" — it's now Tuesday, when is the shipping status for my iPad 3g going to change? How many days prior to delivery did it change for iPad Wi-Fi?

All of this is completely meaningless and you all need to take a chill pill. I am as anxious as anyone else to get mine, but now that Apple has issued a release date, no matter when your device is shipped, FedEx will not deliver it before April 30th. That is their agreement with Apple. It worked exactly the same way for the Wifi model.

It might work that way for you guys, but my husband works at FedEx!! And the accessories have been coming FedEx but the iPads UPS. At least last time it worked that way with the wi-fi models. I'm excited!! :)

Does anyone know for sure how they will ship out–FedEx or UPS?? The first ones went out UPS. I assumed that the 3g models would too and UPS does deliver on Saturday. (FedEx also delivers on Saturday–in my area anyway. )

They charged my bank for the iPad 3G today which most likely means it's going to ship today as well … same thing happened when I ordered my incase jacket and the dock to VGA converter on the 17th, it billed and then they shipped … let's hope they follow suit as they have in the past … =)

The deal is apple is charging cards today, when you check tomorrow they will have shipped, and will probably arrive in your location 2 days before April 30th, then fedex will hold them in the fedex coumpound until april 30 like they have said and will ship sometime that day.

My card has the amount for my 64G deducted as of this morning. My big question is…if Apple states they are not sending the 3g until the 30th (or so it will arrive on the 30th), why don't they update the shipping date on the order status page? That is one thing that makes me think we may get them earlier. What do you think?

My available credit just got lowered (even though I don't see the charges yet) for my US Bank Visa. Odd as the available credit got lowered by 709.11 – even though my total when I check order status my total with tax is $676.65 (16GB w/3G).

I just checked my bank account and found that I have been charged as well. I also noticed that the other charges for the accessories that I have already received were dated the day AFTER Apple has it posted that they were shipped…

So does this mean that Apple might have already shipped our iPads? I sure do hope so!

My Chase card has a pending cost for the 64GB iPad as of today, and Apple also updated the shipping method to priority. I hope that means overnight : )

My debit card has been charge for my 64 3g ipad plus tax. This morning for 883 and change on my wells Fargo acct and they don’t usually update till early tuesay mornings. This is a good sign even though it’s still pending.
