well I was able to upgrade because I was eligible for an upgrade – but that was the case regardless of the phone – Sam’s Club just so happens to have a couple of Android phones that you can buy for .97 cents

In reply to SMSEO. was it because your 2 yr was up (or within 4 mo of being up) with at&t and you were eligible for an upgrade?? i'd love to switch for the very same reason you mentioned... seems silly, but it annoys me ;)
