Facebook released their 2009 trends list. The list shows the most talked about topics as shared in Facebook status updates.
The #1 topic shared in Facebook status updates in 2009 was “Farmville”. Since its emergence in June 2009, Farmville became the most talked-about application in status updates and now boasts over 72 million monthly active users.
