Facebook is looking for you to share what your favorite application is via a video entry
Facebook just invited you to share what your favorite Facebook application is, and to share your testimonial via video. Simply take a video of yourself talking about your favorite Facebook application and then email it to yourvideos@facebook.com

If your video is selected by Facebook, it might be played at the annual Facebook Developer’s Conference on April 23rd.

Upload your video to the Web (as a YouTube video response, on Facebook or anywhere you choose) and send an email to yourvideos@facebook.com with a direct link to your video.
