According to US Cellular Facebook page they are not only getting the HTC Desire, but the company is also getting another Android based phone. U.S. Cellular has also announced on their Facebook page that they will be getting the Samsung R880 a.k.a the Acclaim. The Samsung R880 is going to feature a full QWERTY keyboard, running Android 2.1,3.2” HVGA screen. The Samsung R880 is supposed to be released around July, which is the same time that the HTC Desire is supposed to be released.
