  • How can we trust the accuray of the data being presented? Without trust in the data then everything else becomes meaningless.

    • That's the problem with online voting, so far they don't have any answers for that. Opinions.

  • The "You Cut Vote" paragraph says to watch Eric Cantor on "You Cute page." Don't you mean "You Cut" page?

  • This is a good idea however my faith in any government program including[ you cut ] is at best skeptical,

  • Cut out all political contributions, it's all graft and both parties are just fronts for wealthy banks and corporations. Our system is broken and won't get fixed until we change the way people are elected and how long they can stay in office. If you want to cut govt. start by cutting all congressmen and senators salaries to $100/K per year and no more pensions for these guys!

  • Let's get rid of government paid healthcare. . . . . .given to politicians who don't believe the government's role in healthcare is appropriate.

  • Repeal Bush giveaways to pharmaceutical industry - that gov't cannot negotiate on its drug purchases. Cut the military spending in half. Repeal corporate welfare when these companies move out of US and take jobs w/ them.

  • Here's the big problem with the latest GOP ploy to persuade the American people that they actually listen to them.

    1. If people vote and Republicans do what they promised, which is to take the program with the most votes, and try to force an up or down vote to cut it. They would be cutting a program based on the opinion of under-informed people's choices. I guess if people vote, and they cut the program, and then we regret it, they can "blame the people." After all, "It was the people who voted."

    2. It offers five choices. Five? And one of them has to be voted on. Feels like they're "controlling information," doesn't it?

    3. It doesn't give people an opportunity to vote for programs they'd like to KEEP.

I know when I take my kid out for ice cream, and we go to Baskin Robbins (31 flavors), he really wants to be able to choose from all of them. Imagine if I said, "Well, boy, you've got two choices....chocolate or vanilla." Shock would ensue. "But, dad, I want mint chocolate chip!" "Sorry, son...but Eric Cantor would prefer to "control" the choices you have.
