Android 2.2 (froyo) coming to the Nexus One in the next few weeks

Well, yesterday Google sent out a message to everyone on Twitter as to when Android 2.2 ( Froyo) will be coming to the Nexus One & the rest of the open source community. The tweet stated that it would be coming to the Nexus One in the next few weeks. And OEM’s will be sent out to the open source community in the coming weeks.  Well that’s good news for all of you Nexus One owners. if you didn’t happened to watch the keynote live on You Tube you can go here to read about Android 2.2 new features.

    The Nexus One started receiving its updates this morning!! Have you been asleep?

  • yes, it is true. roll-out started this morning, confirmed by engadget and several other tech sites. at the moment it's only been received by a small number of users (engadget have received theirs and are speculating that it might only be review models getting it right now, but there are conflicting reports).

    No doubt we'll know more soon
