Castachio has introduced two new flavors — Cajun Chili Pepper and Zesty Salt & Pepper. (That Cajun Chili Pepper sounds…gooooood!).
The original Castachio is a snack food combination of whole cashews and shelled pistachios, roasted and lightly salted. (A word of warning to folks own coumadin therapy… pistachios are high in vitamin K… and vitamin K is a no-no.)
The two new flavors are in response to demographic insights gleaned from feedback from existing customers and in-depth market analysis, according to the companies Germack Pistachio Co. and Power Nuts.
