People who use the Cox.net webmail service are reporting to have received a potentially dangerous email requesting users to update their accounts by “reconfirming” personal information.
Here’s the email reported as being received by Cox.net webmail users:

This is more than likely a hacked message from a milicious source.
If you use Cox.net webmail services, do not proceed with this request.
Legitimate companies would never ask for such information on wide broadcast basis.
