The Winklevoss twin’s battle with Facebook (Mark Zuckerberg) appears to be finally coming to close.
A recent filing by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, and Divya Narendra, shows that “appellants do not intend to seek further appellate review.”
This coming after a federal appeals court ruled against the Winklevoss twins when they tried to get more money from the Facebook settlement they won back in 2008.
The twins felt they were entitled to more money in the light of the current valuation of Facebook.
If the Winklevoss twins did pursue an appeal, the case would have to be heard by the Supreme Court.
