Check out this bike from Walmart turned into a Moped. The engine is 30.49cc, gets 150 miles per gallon, and doesn’t require a licence, tags, or insurance. The reason you don’t need any of that is because anything under 50cc doesn’t require it by law – at least here in the state of Georgia.
This bad boy’s engine takes about 6oz. of gas and will run about 40 – 50 miles on one tank – that’s pretty good for something already getting 150 miles per gallon.
