4A 13-year-old girl was shot on a Miami-area charter school bus Tuesday morning and airlifted to a hospital. After browsing some news articles it appears the gun shot the child suffered in the Miami Bus Shooting was fatally shot. Miami-Dade Police said they are questioning a male student in custody, but did not release any additional information. News outlets and police are still not sure the reason for the shooting in the Somerset Academy Silver Palms bus.
It’s unbelievable how much horrifying violence has been going on in the past year. My question is, how does a thirteen year old get hold of a gun? I’m not against guns, but anyone who owns one should keep it secure so no one can figure out how to get at it.
