This is no April fools joke. A recent Macy’s national catalog ad noted a necklace as a “super buy” which marked a $1500 necklace down to $47. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well it was, because people caught on to this huge price discount and started buying the necklace. One store was sold out of them after one man bought the entire stock. Another man went to buy one and the store was out of stock, so he backordered some. He later received a call saying his order was cancelled because the price markdown was a mistake. No one knows how many were sold at the typo price, but some people lucked out, that’s for sure!

That's one bad typo they made. I'll bet they are no longer working at Macy's!
They should honor the deal for those who backordered the neclace.
