I have gotten the WSOD every time I have tried since sometime in 2020. It’s now June 2021. I have no idea if the site is permanently down, but I’m very disappointed because I also had my eBay account permanently suspended for reasons unknown to myself (haven’t listed anything in well over a year, only logged in a few times in the last few months, they won’t tell me how I was a threat to their community) My account might have been hacked but I’ll never be able to find out. With Etsy gone I’ve basically lost all access to individual artisans.

I get this message every time however all I have to do is wait a long time. Maybe 5 to 8 minutes for the photos to show up. I have a lot of photos on the phone. It always says “unlock iPhone…..” but I just wait and it works fine.

My phone was already set to back up to my computer. I changed it then changed it back, still nothing. I’m at a loss. I need to download iphone photos to my computer so I can clear out my phone!

greetings, I am having MacOs 10.15.5, same problem with me; already in the finder its already ticked and this doesn’t work in the photo. its ask to unlock and suddenly shows all the pictures from the device. but cannot export to photo app. this may be a trust issue, the iPhone doesn’t prompt to accept the trust. I have updated all the devices. please help me to find a solution for this.. thank you.

Hi Peter,

It’s quite hard to get a hold of Facebook support. There isn’t phone support and other types of support are scarce, unless you have a problem when you’re advertising with their platform. Interesting, huh?
