I wrote earlier today about how I believe Apple is starting to ship their iPad 3G’s, which means today is the actual release date, or shipping date, for the iPad3G.
What I showed in my previous article was the credit card invoice of someone who had their card charged for what appears to be the full amount of the iPad 3G. Apple stated that your card would not be charged until your iPad 3G is actually shipped.
Here’s what this person had to say about their iPad 3G:
“Looks like it may have shipped today… as you can see, $25K credit limit; Current available credit $24,211.57. $25K – iPad price of $788.43, well that equals my available credit to the penny. Please do not use my name or email address if cited in an article.”

Continuing reports of full amount charges:
The previous articles that I’ve written about the iPad 3G release / shipping date are now starting to get more comments about full charges hitting their credit cards today.
I know there are some critics out there who call this hog-wash, but tell me this, why would Apple just now start charging credit cards for the full amount of the iPad cost – when Apple said they would not charge your card until your iPad was actually shipped.
I know that my site seems to be the only one talking about the possibility of today being the shipping date for the iPad 3G, but what else am I suppose to believe when I see / hear reports like this?

my card was charged this morning for the full amount.
I pre-ordered it two days ago and I remember seeing the charge immediately online. That was on Saturday. However, the transaction date is 4/19 which is today.. I think it's because I ordered in the weekend and they already planned to ship before already
I'm seeing charges today as well for my 64GB version + accessories.
Also I've noticed that the shipping method changed from Standard to Priority
This afternoon (Monday, April 19) my credit card was charged for the full amount of my iPad 3g which I preordered in March.
but the question is: if they use FedX will the deliver on a Saturday?
My debit card has been charge for my 64 3g ipad plus tax. This morning for 883 and change on my wells Fargo acct and they don't usually update till early tuesay mornings. This is a good sign even though it's still pending.
My Chase card has a pending cost for the 64GB iPad as of today, and Apple also updated the shipping method to priority. I hope that means overnight : )

I just checked my bank account and found that I have been charged as well. I also noticed that the other charges for the accessories that I have already received were dated the day AFTER Apple has it posted that they were shipped...
So does this mean that Apple might have already shipped our iPads? I sure do hope so!
My available credit just got lowered (even though I don't see the charges yet) for my US Bank Visa. Odd as the available credit got lowered by 709.11 - even though my total when I check order status my total with tax is $676.65 (16GB w/3G).
