Hurricane Danielle is currently about 710 miles east or the nothern Leeward Islands and has strengthened from yesterday’s max sustained winds of 75 MPH to max sustained winds of 85 MPG. Danielle is now moving west-northwest at 17 mph.

The threat to the United States is nominal, according to hurricane experts. The United States is not expected to be threatened directly by Hurricane Danielle.
