According to AllThingsD, Belgian newspaper consortium Copiepresse has been removed from both Google News and the main Google index.
Google states that the move was necessary according to terms reached in a copyright infringement case that was brought by Copiepresse. However, Copiepresse is fighting back stating that Google removed their site from the index because of retaliation to their suit.
