Obama Turns To Former Presidents & The Web For Haiti Support

bush clinton haiti fundFormer Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush have been asked by President Obama to lead The Haitian Relief Fund to help Haiti recover from the disastrous earthquake that struck there on January 12th.

What I like most is that this relief effort is being launched from a site called .  And the site is loaded with simple, but powerful sharing tools so that more people can contribute in the Haiti relief efforts.

Although the sharing tool might elementary to some at first since they are only using the Add This tool, but the sharing function of the Add This tool allows for everyone to take part in spreading the news about the site.

Most importantly, the site is built with social elements so that help funds can be raised more quickly, and relief can get to the people in Haiti in a faster, more efficient process – for this, I applaud our President today!
