Rachel Canning had sought immediate relief in the form of $650 in weekly child support and the payment of the remainder of her tuition at Morris Catholic High School, as well as attorney’s fees.
The motions were denied but both parties are returning to court on April 22nd over the question of whether or not Rachel’s parents should financially support her daughter after she clearly ran away and wanted to be on her own.
Apparently one of her friends family is supporting her lawsuit and put up over $12,000 to help her out.
Is this not the craziest thing you have ever heard? What a little brat. If you run away from your parents because you don’t want to follow their rules, what makes you think that you can sue them over bills? Everyone’s going crazy about this one, that’s for sure. What do you think?

Hmm.. you seemed to glossed over the fact that her school urged her to leave home after they witnessed substantial verbal abuse from her mother. You also skipped the part about the alleged domestic and s*xual abuse. Yeah what a brat.
What source says anything about s*xual abuse? I searched the web and couldn’t find anything…

@bake Then why didn’t she sue over s*xual abuse? She cant take of her self at 18 maybe the court should do a mental evaluation on her. She’s either a soiled little c**t or some kind of retard. Come on if she can’t live on her own how is she going to be able to go to collage all by herself. She wants to be treated as a child but is an adult. Courts should just send her to a mental health facilitie shes got issues for sure. I dont want to call her a waste because she has the making of a good stripper.
